Silent Fury is DOING SOMETHING. The band, described as "One of the best rock bands in Central New York", has been touring tirelessly from Cleveland to Maine, leaving screaming fans in their wake and opening for acts like Afroman. With each mile traveled, the band continues to pick up speed. In addition to delivering electrifying live shows, the band has logged in serious time in the studio. Their latest CD, "Sunday Stilettos" moved one critic to gush "Nickelback meets the White Stripes. Yeah, they’re that good!". Having worked with the producer of John Brown's Body on the album, its no surprise that their power rock sound could have such an effect.
The band is headed by vocalist and lead guitarist Mick Fury, a Syracuse based musician who has been recording and performing for almost a decade, and whose music has been nominated for the Grammy music award in the Syracuse area. Fury has stepped back from his days of tequila shots and stripper poles toward a more serious commitment to writing moving music. His growth as a songwriter is evident on the "Sunday Stilettos" track "Kick Down My Door" where Fury details the ever present battle between love and lust. Whether it be in their videos, songs or shows, Silent Fury continues to bring what the fans want, rock.
Silent Fury is proud to present its brand new CD "Sunday Stilettos" now available! @
