A splendid collection of swirling melodic wonders. From the infectious beat of "Sting Me" and "Mellow My Mind", to the pop-a-delic radio friendly sounds of "The Winding Stairs To Dawn" and "Hung Up On A Dream", La Fleur Fatale's newest CD covers the psychedelic/pop bases with tripping ease.
Ethereal vocals with an occasional hint of middle eastern mystic vibe - the overall psychedelic flavour of the 60s is brought lovingly up to date with a knowing creativity that makes this disc an easy "must buy" for any self respecting pop-a-delic aficionado.

I'm not big on lists, but I can definitely say that La Fleur Fatale is my favorite new band of 2009. Their second album, Silent Revolution has it all. Great songwriting, solid musicianship, fantastic production and wonderful vocals. Like the best work from The Beatles and others, this album grows on you with repeated listens, always revealing something new. The inspired use of psychedelic sounds and imagery is only part of it. There's a solid rock and pop foundation that grounds the music, while also allowing the listener to fly along with the vivid, lucid dreamscape.
These guys are only gonna get better. All of this and more is why I played La Fleur Fatale on WPKN more than any other new artist in 2009.
These guys are the real deal and you can quote me on that...
