Tor lives outside of Oslo, Norway. In the 80's and 90's he played bass in various bands in Scandinavia, but after several years as a songwriter in the Folk and Unplugged tradition, the result became a four-track CD in 1999 (Times) and a five-track CD in 2006 (Strings). Haukedal's style of music is often compared as a combination of Bob Dylan and an acoustic version of Guns N' Roses.
Tor's talents doesn't stop with just his song writting and musical abilities, but exceeds beyond into his professional photography business, where he has had much of his work displayed in major exhibits throughout different parts of the world earning some great acknowledgements. A very talented man in both worlds of music and fine arts!
